TÍTULO: A INFLUÊNCIA DA LEITURA NA FORMAÇÃO DA CRIANÇA: UMA ANÁLISE EM DOIS PAÍSES

RESUMO:
Segundo Freud, as experiências ganhas na infância são a responsáveis por definir uma identidade e influenciar as atitudes de uma pessoa pelo resto da vida. Ao reconhecer a influência dos primeiros anos de vida de uma criança é que percebe-se a necessidade de introduzir a leitura na vida dela desde as primeiras batidas de seu coração. No anseio de conhecer os benefícios referentes a leitura infantil é que surgiu esta ideia de pesquisa. A leitura na infância proporciona diversos benefícios para a criança, como o hábito da leitura, atenção, desenvolvimento da imaginação, ampliação do vocabulário e criticidade. Na angústia de tentar desvendar porque existe uma desigualdade tão grande de estímulos à leitura é que foi aplicado um questionário na cidade de Hitchin, Inglaterra e em Santo Antônio do Sudoeste, Paraná - Brasil. Através das informações obtidas constata-se que, quanto mais cedo os livros fizerem parte da vida das crianças, mais comum irá parecer-lhes o hábito da leitura. Entende-se que, a família e a escola são os maiores responsáveis por promover o incentivo à leitura, porém, é dever do Estado garantir projetos que forneçam o suporte necessário para tal objetivo.
ABSTRACT:
According to Freud, the experiences gained in childhood are responsible for defining a person’s identity and attitudes for the rest of his life. Recognizing the influence of a child’s first years of life, one realizes the need to introduce reading into his life from the first heartbeat. In the desire to know the benefits related to children’s Reading, this research idea came up. Reading in childhood offers several benefits for the child, such as the habit of reading, attention, development of imagination, expansion of vocabulary and criticality. In the anguish of trying to discover why there is such an unequal stimulus for reading, a questionnaire was applied in the city of Hitchin, England and in Santo Antônio do Sudoeste, Paraná- Brazil. Through the information entered, it is concluded that the sooner books become part of children’s lives, the more common reading habits will seem to them. It is concluded that the family and
the school are the most responsible for promoting the incentive to reading, however, it is the duty of the State to guarantee projects that provide the necessary support for this objective.
